Established in 1970. We’re one of the local favorite restaurant. We use Kansai style grilling technic also know as Jiyaki. We are eel specialty offering Seiro-mushi, Kabayaki, and Saga Histumabushi.

Each eel has varying texture, oil content and size. Due to these conditions, it takes a skilled artisan with years of experience to grill each order. In our restaurant, the Seta-Yaki method is the method of preparation, which receives its name from our predecessor.
